All our products are shipped from our Warehouse in Goleszów, Poland (EU).
We strive to get your Switch products to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to process your order promptly so that you can start enjoying your new Switch gear faster. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination. Ground shipping typically takes 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays may impact shipping times. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, so please remember to check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for our message.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EU
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, courier clearance fees, brokerage fees or other local charges in the destination country. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping rates, unless clearly stated otherwise. They are charged by local authorities or the courier and are the responsibility of the customer/importer.
We ship from Poland, European Union. For orders delivered outside the EU, the order total shown at checkout includes the product price and the shipping cost charged by Switch Boards. It does not include import VAT, customs duties, courier clearance fees, brokerage fees or other local charges that may be applied in the destination country, unless clearly stated otherwise.
These additional charges are determined by the customs authorities, tax authorities or courier in the destination country. They may depend on the country of origin of the goods, product classification, order value, shipping cost and local import regulations.
The customer is responsible for checking and paying any import costs required in their country. Refusal to pay import charges may result in the parcel being delayed, returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. If a parcel is returned because import charges were refused or unpaid, any return shipping costs, carrier fees or other costs charged to us may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Delivery information
We offer a trackable delivery service that usually takes around from 3-7 working days, depending on your chosen service. If you don’t receive your delivery within 10 days, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Please check your junk mail for dispatch and shipment notifications as they may end up there.
Switch is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or utility outages. However, we will make every effort to resume service as soon as possible under such circumstances
