At Switch we believe in quality of each of our products. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can return the unused product to the store you bought it from or to Switch Boards for a replacement or a full refund.

Every new Switch product is covered by a limited lifetime, original owner warranty.

Switch products are designed with pushing the sports bariers to a limit in mind. We make sure our products stand out with inovations, functionality, extreme durability, and quality so they make a perfect companion in reaching your full potential. But as we all know everything has its limits and wears out over time. However our products should handle the regular wear and tear, thats why we’ve prepared our Warranty Policy:

Returns

30-DAY RETURN POLICY ON AS-NEW UNUSED PRODUCT

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Switch product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us (subject: Return + order number; let us know the reason returning your product – every feedback is much appreciated). We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:

  • You MUST send the unused product back to us within 30 days of informing us that you want a refund.
  • The product must be unused and in as-new condition.
  • The original packaging and all accessories must be included with the return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, as soon as the product will reach our office, and its unused, like new condition will be confirmed. 

You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods and provide a tracking number.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be neither refunded nor returned to the customer at Switch Boards’s expense. Product can be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.

If the product is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim.

Warranty Policy

All Switch products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for its life time. If your product does not meet your expectactations in terms of material integrity, or build quality please contact us immediately. Prepare a photos, videos (if needed) and detailed description of the defect, and contact us at [email protected],com. (

Our Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse, improper assembly or maintenance, modifications or alterations, damage caused natural disasters, or extreeme weather conditions. 

  •  The Switch warranty is applicable to the first original owner only and is a REPAIR OR REPLACE policy. Switch reserves to either repair or replace any Switch product covered by this warranty, and right to replace discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Be aware that we may repair the product at our discretion.
  • The product must be purchased from an authorized retailer. Products purchased on social media groups / marketplaces, or a random guy on the street may not be subjected to a warranty.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact the company with a detailed description of the defect and proof of purchase.
  • If a product is returned and found not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Switch reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty issue.
  • If warranty is granted the product will be repaired or replaced and sent back to you at our cost.
  • For transport damage, it is YOUR responsibility to make a claim with the courier so please make sure you are aware of their procedures and that you follow them. Switch is not responsible for any transport issues.
  • In the event of the photos/videos not being clear, you may be asked to send the product back to Switch for inspection. If not, and the warranty is approved, the product must be DESTROYED and disposed of in a way that is both environmentally sound and ensures it can never be used again.

Eligibility

This warranty applies to all new Switch products purchased since January 1st, 2017.

EU Distance Selling Regulation (DSR)

As a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase of an unused Product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulation (DSR).

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the cancellation. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that the following conditions apply to cancellations under the DSR:

  • The Product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging and all accessories must be included with the return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
