All our products are shipped from our Cieszyn, Poland Warehouse (EU).
We strive to get your Switch products to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to process your order promptly so that you can start enjoying your new Switch gear faster. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination. Ground shipping typically takes 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays may impact shipping times. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, so please remember to check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for our message.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EU and USA
We are making our best to set our shopping process as easy and clear as possible showing guaranted order totals at checkout with no hidden fees, offering cost-effective international shipping and much more.

The cost of this type of shipping varies depending on the country, you will see the costs after entering your address at checkout. We believe this option will provide more convenience and transparency to our valued customers.
Delivery information
We offer a trackable delivery service that usually takes around 3 working days, depending on your chosen service. If you don’t receive your delivery within 10 days, please contact us via email at daniel@switch-boards.com. Please check your junk mail for dispatch and shipment notifications as they may end up there.
Switch is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or utility outages. However, we will make every effort to resume service as soon as possible under such circumstances
