Bring Snowboard Training Home
Practice butters, presses, spins and ground tricks whenever you want – no snow needed.
Your Own Snowboard Training Spot
Switch SnowGrid is a modular snowboard training surface designed for practicing butters, presses, spins, ollies and flatground tricks without snow.
Set it up at home, in the garden or in your training space and repeat the same movement again and again.
Instead of waiting for winter or the next day on the mountain, SnowGrid gives you a dedicated spot for working on board control, balance and new trick combinations throughout the year.

Practice Real Snowboard Movements
SnowGrid creates a sliding surface for practicing snowboard movements without snow. Work on presses, rotations and combinations in your own training space.
What Can You Practice?
- Nose and tail presses
- 180s and 360s
- Butter combinations
- Ollies and small jump tricks
- Flatground tricks
- Board control and balance
Start with individual movements, repeat them and gradually work towards linking them together.
Choose Your SnowGrid
Both complete setups use the same modular 20 × 20 cm tiles. Choose the training area that best fits your space, board and riding.

Switch SnowGrid Starter
A compact setup for smaller spaces and focused ground-trick practice.
- Size: 140 × 140 cm
- Training area: 1.96 m²
- Number of tiles: 49
- Weight: approx. 10.12 kg
Starter 140 is the compact option when space matters. Check your board length and the space needed for your intended movements before choosing your setup.

Switch SnowGrid Full Size
Our recommended starting point for most adult snowboard setups.
The larger training area gives you more room around the snowboard for rotations, combinations and full-size boards.
- Size: 200 × 200 cm
- Training area: 4 m²
- Number of tiles: 100
- Weight: approx. 20.65 kg
Full Size 200 offers more than twice the surface area of Starter 140. Choose it when you want more room to move, while still allowing clear space around the mat.

Modular by Design
Every SnowGrid module measures 20 × 20 cm and connects with the surrounding tiles to create a larger training surface.
The modular construction means you can expand your setup, change its layout or replace an individual tile instead of replacing the whole mat.
Available Configurations
- Starter 140 – complete set of 49 tiles
- Full Size 200 – complete set of 100 tiles
- Expansion Pack – 10 additional tiles
- Single Tile – 1 replacement or expansion tile
Build the setup you need now and add more tiles later. The Expansion Pack and Single Tile are intended for extending or maintaining an existing setup, not as complete training areas.
More Glide When You Want It
SnowGrid can be used dry. For increased glide, lightly sprinkle the surface with water where the installation surface is suitable for wet use.
Only use a lubricant confirmed as compatible with both SnowGrid and your snowboard base. Keep surrounding walking areas dry and free from lubricant, and adjust your movements to the increased glide.
Use It Indoors or Outdoors
SnowGrid must always be installed on a flat, even and stable surface. Check that the assembled tiles are fully supported and do not move during use.
Choose a Suitable Training Space
- Short, level grass on firm, even ground
- A suitable flat carpeted surface
For indoor use, a suitable protective underlay may help reduce movement, transmitted noise and direct contact with the floor. Check the stability of the complete setup before training.

Train More. Repeat More. Progress More.
SnowGrid gives you a place to work on snowboard movements without waiting for winter, snow conditions or another trip to the mountain.
Make time for a few presses, work on a rotation or experiment with a new combination.
Your board. Your training spot. No snow required.
